               Michael S. Neall & Associates, P.C. is a full service law firm concentrating it's practice in the representation of Maryland condominium and homeowners associations. We provide our clients with a range of services which include covenants enforcement, document drafting and interpretation, contract review and enforcement, corporate governance advice and the recovery of delinquent assessment accounts.

               Founded in 1999, we have grown from a small firm with a handful of clients to an industry leader in the representaion of condominiums and homeowners associations.  As our client base has grown, so too has our team of dedicated attorneys, paralegals and support staff which now numbers in the twenties. We currently serve clients in 13 counties and Baltimore City.
